BTA is the primary provider of total roof management solutions, financial planning, and building analyses as well as roof construction management for a large governmental agency in the U.S., which has numerous roof installations comprised of multiple facilities throughout the country. Since the project began in 2004, there have been three additional facilities added to the portfolio.
BTA has used RoofSuite® to determine proactive “optimal roof repair” strategies that will prolong the service life of the agency’s roofs. Through careful planning and execution of these optimal roof repairs and roof maintenance, BTA was able to add nearly $8 million dollars in asset value to the agency’s roof portfolio over the past three years.
